I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to update you regarding recent changes to our course schedule for this weekend.
Over the weekend and Monday 27/1/25, only the Valley Course, holes 10-27 will be open, with a 2-tee starting system in place. Due to these changes, I have had to move member bookings, these have not been moved by more than 30 minutes. Unfortunately, holes 1-9 are closed due to delays in our bunker renewal program, including the installation of new drainage systems. To ensure the integrity of the new equipment and to meet warranty conditions, these holes will remain closed for the time being.
As you can imagine, this was not an easy decision to make or to try and resolve, but we have done our best to accommodate every member who had a booking.
Please review your current booking for this weekend, to see if your tee time has been adjusted. If your new tee time is not suitable or you do not intend to play this weekend, we kindly ask that you cancel yourself from the tee sheet, which will allow us more flexibility to move others to preferred times.
