EASTERN DISTRICT INTERCLUB
Monday 29th April, Yering Meadows hosted the Eastern District Interclub 1st round for the season.
The weather was overcast with a little rain towards the final stages.
Clubs came from Churchill Waverley, Gardiners Run, Eastwood, Eastern and Heritage.
The course was prepared beautifully and we received positive feedback regarding its presentation. The Association hosted morning tea and lunch for over 70 visitors.With most of our Committee either playing or caddying the event ran smoothly.
Unfortunately, our team didn’t win at home with 2 wins from 5 players but our team was competitive to the end. Carmel Frazer had a good win while Hideko Kasia was a worthy winner with 10 & 8 !!
